_{Weiiird uploading more cosplay and not photography}

So I haven't really shared the fact that I cosplayed at Katsucon, and while I'm really excited to do so many more in the future, I think Lavie is going to have a special place in my heart. Last Exile is a series that I've always always loved and draw so much inspiration from for my own comicking, and I always dreamed of actually making Lavie's flightsuit. It wasn't until *vintage-aerith gave me the push to actually try that this actually happened. (And thanks so much to you, my dear! ;A;,)

It was such a good learning experience for me, and a completely new thing. This is the first garment I've made from scratch (I've edited several before, but that's it) and first time cosplaying with a group (and being in a full blown photoshoot myself? craaaazy! Thanks so much to Judy and Gianna that took photos! You guys are the coolest!)

THIS IS SO CUTE, I CAN'T EVEN. Seriously, both of you, omg. This photo reeks of a special bond between these two characters-- I can't believe how much that shines through here. aguuuh, so sweet.
